Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2. How does our order verification process work?

Once you place your order from our website. you will receive an automated SMS from our system along with a verification link. You need to click on that link in order to verify your order. if the provided link is not working or responding you can call our customer care at 0311-7484641 or write an email to us at info@Biovita.com.pk

3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies for Biovita.com.pk?

Any product may be returned within 15 days of purchase if the packing is not opened. If you have opened the packing and are not satisfied with it, please call 0304-1110343 and the customer care agent will guide you accordingly, You can select from below options for returning your product/s.

Option 1

You can directly return your product/s directly to Biovita, City Heart Plaza,Chiniot Bazar, Fsd, once we receive your products at Biovita we will return your amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash

Option 2

Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at Biovita, We will deduct Rs 150 from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.

4. How do I return Biovita products if purchased from a different store?

If you purchased Biovita products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refunds.

If you purchased Biovita products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
